Even though my birthday isn't until tomorrow, yesterday my family threw me a surprise 40th birthday party. It was really nice. It had about 40 people in attendance and my brother gave a really nice speech. Hubby cam e through with flying colors and got me a gorgeous tennis bracelet. The picture doesn't do it justice!!

Wow, Steve certainly did come through in a big way - that bracelet is gorgeous and I bet its even brighter in real life. Niiiice.
.6 gain during this season is expected. Its tough, especially for us who love everything about Christmas and want to celebrate as much as we can - parties, get togethers, baking, etc. all spell incredible temptation for sure. Try not to stress over it too much - going off plan over the next little while is inevitable, but it doesn't have to throw you completely for a loop!
