Enough already. I know exactly what to do and I am ruining my life every day I don't do it. I packed my lunch today and I am counting. I am drinking my water and I will go for a walk tonight. Period. I log my calories in fitday, but I also created a calendar to log my daily totals with my exercise mins. It's cool because I added pictures of when I was thin to motivate me. I need to see those EVERY day, I need to remember.
I made an appointment to see a nutritionist when I get back from vacation (9/28). Even though I feel like I know a Ton about this, I would like some guidance and some accountability.
