Bodybugg!!!
In 2009, I bought a bodybugg and wore it for about 3 months. I did pretty well using it, but I got tired of wearing it. In looking at my progress, the 1 thing that I am really not doing is exercising. I was trying to think of a way to get myself moving and I cam up the bodybugg!! It's really neat to see how many calories you burn in a day and then you enter in your calries consumed and you have your daily deficit. Add that deficit up over a week and divide by 3500 and you should know how much weight you will lose!!
I understand that it is not an exact science. But what I am hoping to see in big bold numbers is how inactive I am and how much better I can do when I am active. I think seeing activity numbers might just be what I need.
I charged it up last night, renewed my account today ($10.00 a month), so shortly, I should be good to go!
