WEEK 17 Results: I lost 1.8 lbs. Still not below 300...Damn! Oh well, next week, right!?!

Over the weekend was my 25th class reunion. I did really well and didn't drink an ounce and ate before all the events so I stayed perfectly on plan.

For me it really is all about planning. On Sunday, I made a big pot of turkey chili and froze it into lunch size portions and then I baked up a bunch of chicken for the week. The more I plan, the more successful I am.
