WEEK 19 RESULTS: So this week was a wash - no gain, no loss, a big fat zero.
Oh well, I can look back at the week with confidence and know that I did everything right. I simply cannot ask more than that from myself. I am in my cycle, so I know that cannot be helping. I am going to bump myself down to 1700 calories starting month 6 (next week), I am 71 lbs less and I think it's time for the 1st bump. I also need to really try to add in the exercise. I can't this week because I pulled a muscle in my calf - OF COURSE!
I have been feeling very special to have my friend Kathy in my corner this past week. She has been so supportive during this whole process, but this past week she really celebrated my getting under 300 and I just want her to know that I love her to death and I really appreciate her support. You rock KATHY!!!! :)

Haven't checked in for awhile and was so very excited to see that you are under the 300 lbs mark!!! You rock Sandi! I'm ever so happy that you have finally found that groove that is working for you. Keep up the great work Sandi!
