WEEK 20 results - I lost 2.4 lbs. I feel the need to say that on Saturday AND Sunday, I was down 4.2. That doesn't change things, so why do I feel the need to tell you?? That's NOT what the scale said today.

Managed to have dinner with a my dear friend Heather over the weekend (and our families) and then we all went to a baseball game and I stayed 100% on plan. Heather is a weight loss veteran, and has had a lot of success herself, so we chatted about weight loss much of the night. Lots of times my weight loss conversations are very one way (all about me) so it was really nice to have some back & forth.

I am starting back at the gym tonight. It's time for many reasons. One is that I want to improve my cholesterol numbers. Two is that I want to improve my weight loss numbers. Not that I am not happy as a clam to be claiming a 73 lb weight loss, but somewhere I know I could be trying harder and doing better.

Today starts my 6th month. Wow - I have successfully done this for 5 months now. Wow, just wow. For those of you who don't know my history, this is absolutely the very best I have ever done when it comes to weight loss. Ever.

@ Jilly - Pretty much. There isn't a lot of conflict most of the time. It's more of a how are we going to work around this or that food event verses thinking I might go off plan. Right now it's not even a consideration. Trying to keep it that way!
