She lives!!!

I have had a really bad time the last 3 weeks or so.  I kept trying to get back on track, but by the end of the week I was back off plan.  Needless to say this behavior put on more than a couple of pounds.  On Monday DeWayne and I had a heart to heart and he got my head back in the game.  Today is Day 4 Perfectly On Plan.  He revamped my weight lifting and wants me to do 3 lifting days with 40 mins of cardio and 2-3 additional days of 90 mins of cardio.  Whew!!  And he wants my carbs at no more than 25% and my fat at 30% or less.  And he wants me eating very clean.  Lean protein, slow digesting carbs.  I am finding ways to make it work.  I don’t love low-carb, it zapps my energy, but it seems to work better than what I would do otherwise (even if I stayed within my calories), so I will do as he says.  We also dropped my calories to 1600.

I still have hopes  of meeting my 211 goal by Sept 26th.  Not really sure how realistic that is...but you can only try!

I will post my weight when I get back to at least what it was on 5/21.  I will not torture myself with where I am now.  It is only temporary!
