So this week I lost 4.6 lbs!!  That brings my weight loss to 106.8 lbs!  That's actually a new low for me.  I feel good, I am on track and excited.  Looking ahead, I have a good 2-3 weeks with little or no speedbumps.  I plan on really sticking to it and seeing what I can do!  I wish that I had found time to exercise more last week.  Life is pretty crazy right now!  And unfortunately, this week doesn't look any better.

Lower carb is so much harder than what I was doing.  It's not the food, it's the planning.  And simple thing like a quick lunch, I have no idea what I can do.  I know a salad, but it usually won't have enough protein to suit me and I am not a big fan of fast food salads.  I have my ratios down, now I just want to improve the crabs that I am taking in.

So I am starting the week on an all time low, feeling good and can't wait to see what happens next!
