I just realized that I didn't post this week.  I lost 1.2 lbs this week.  It really should have been more, but on Sunday we went to brunch for Mother's Day.  That made my weight loss not show as good for the week.  I meant to do better at the brunch, but when it came time, i just ate whatever I wanted.  Not the best choice, I will admit!!!

Long story short DeWayne my trainer now has access to my fitday account so he can't help me tweak my diet.  I thought I was doing really well.  He texted me today that we have some fixing to do.  I asked him what was wrong and he said everything!  Hmmmm  So I guess he thinks my carbs are way too high and not the right sources and my protein is too low.  So I will work on keeping my carbs under 30% and since I don't want my fat above 30% those calories will go to protein.  It's not my preferred way of eating, but I will do it his way for now and see what happens!!  :)

I'm betting good things. Keep us posted on how you're feeling with higher protein and lower carbs.
