So Week 2 results of the DeWayne plan is 2.2 lbs lost!  And let me mention that I started yesterday, so that loss should actually be a bit better.  I can't remember the last time I had a loss on a period week!!!  That makes 14 days 100% on plan.  I feel back in the zone and I am not even remotely worries about the next 2 weekends with family parties.  I will bring my food and be on plan.  No question about it!  I didn't quite hit the mark with my exercise.  I fit in 2 hours and 15 mins of cardio and only 2 weight lifting sessions.  I am shooting for 3 lifting an 6.5 hours of cardio.  But I think the food is the most important and 2 hours of cardio is better than none!!
