Ouch!!

So yesterday as I was taking Jacob to school, I tripped on the rug in the garage. I did a sort of running fall, trying to catch myself on my car and instead just rammed right into my car and landed on the ground anyway. When I hit the car, I managed to really bruise my hip. OUCH!!!

That's how my day started. My hip hurt pretty bad all day, but I am proud to say that I did not pacify my pain with food. I ate on plan. Yahhh!!

I had nails at 5:00. It was about 6:00 that I realized I need to plan better on Nail day. If I won't be eating at 6:00, I need a snack.

I plan on still going to water aerobics tonight. If it hurts, I'll go slow.

The ladies over at 3FC motivated me to buy The New Rules of Weight Lifting, I have just started it, but so far I love it. Am I destined to be a weight lifter? I think so!!

Wonderful loss last week! Proof that not all plans are suited to all people and once you find what you're comfortable with and what suits YOU, it makes it that much easier. Good job!

Hope the hip's feeling better. Hurting your hip is a pain in the .. hip, because you feel it every time you move. I guess there was a positive in that you didn't self-medicate with "treats" (that would only go straight to the hips!)
