Today marks the end of month 3. This weeks loss was 5.6 lbs, which gives me a grand total of 27 lbs lost! I kinda wish it were more than 30 lbs because I would like to lose 100 lbs in 10 months, but I am going to take my 27 lbs and grin ear to ear!!
I had a good week last week. I lowered my calories to 1700 and it seemed to work pretty well. I didn't miss the 200 calories. I was fitting in some things (larger desserts & bread) that I didn't need anyway. That plus I have bumped up my exercise. I tried Zumba on Friday. It kicked my butt and I loved it. I am pushing myself physically more than I have in the past and I am loving the challenge. Like tonight is water aerobics, but I am going to do 30 min on the treadmill first and see how that works!! :)
Week 13 - here I come!

I think you met my good friend and zumba instructor Debbie last week? You came up in a conversation and we think we connected the dots - I'm so excited to see you trying new things!! Maybe I'll come dance with you some Friday :)
