Hello...so sweet of you to miss me.
If you look, I have been updating my weigh-in's, I just haven't had much to say.
I have been gaining some. Still down 21 lbs, so it's not a crazy binge or anything, but I am not doing what I need to do. It saddens me that my original mojo has left. Right now I am trying to regroup and see how I can back on track. So I am quiet, but I will continue to update my weigh-in...good and bad. Need to keep honest here.

Sandi, you may feel like you've lost your mojo, but I think the fact that you're still posting your results here and checking in to write your latest post says a lot about your strength--you haven't just run away from this, which is easy to do when you feel discouraged or a bit lost.
I understand your decision not to post much while you feel you don't have a lot to say. When I have read other weight loss blogs, though, it has seemed to me that the writers often gained strength and clarity from writing about their feelings, even when those feelings seemed muddy, confused, or unproductive. Perhaps it could be worth seeing if posting here more helped you with your journey at all.
Anyway, take care and stay strong, Sandi. There are a lot of people rooting for you. :-)
Sandi.. you're doing great!
I had gained back 15 (!!) lbs.. I'm like WHAT? that's nuts. I've worked too hard and so have you! Get up off your a$$ and get moving. I've lost 6 of those 15 that I gained. Screw mojo - put one foot in front of the other. If you wait for your mojo to come back it probably won't. Nike was so right - just do it. Do what you can right now. I know you can do this. Do it for you! You are so awesome. Just keep pushing.. you will break through.
Love you!!
Sandi, you can do this! Just try to get one good day under your belt; it gets easier after that.
I'm rooting for you!
Glad to see you back!
Sandi, I lost my mojo a really long time ago so I know how you feel, it is so hard to pick yourself and get going again. Hang onto that 21 lbs loss at the very least, hang onto it for dear life until you get that oomph back.

Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving Sandi!
How's it going? I'm rooting for you and look from time to time to see your progress. A friend recently talked me into a BodyMediaFit armband and I really like it. It helps me keep focused on a day-to-day basis. I know you had one (or it's sister product, BodyBugg) - do you still use yours?

I hope you had a nice Christmas Sandi and are doing well.
Happy New Year a bit early!
