So I am pretty happy with my week 1 results. I only ended up exercising 4 days instead of 5, but I think it was a good start. I am really focusing on the exercise as much as the calories this time. Hopefully that will be the thing that is "different" this time! I don't like where my mobility is right now and I think that exercise might be my golden ticket. I have this great article I want to scan in and post from Women's Health magazine re: exercise.
