Week 7 results...I lost .8. Not totally thrilled with that number. I upped my calories a wee bit and don't think it did me any favors. There are all kinds of possible reasons. I am very dehydrated and I think my cycle is coming soon. But still .8! really? So I will drink more water this week, wait for my cycle and see what happens. Hey, you know, at the very least it's still going in the right direction!!
Today is my 51st day on plan. That's just amazing. I am not even all that worried about Easter. I have already talked with my mom, we have a plan and I will just stick to it. No questions asked.
I did get a training session with my personal trainer last Thursday, so I have my weight lifting program all set up. Now I just have to get to the YMCA!!!
