WEEK 8 RESULTS: Down 4 lbs!! That makes Month 2 a total of 10 lbs gone! 46.6 lbs gone in total. Awesome...just awesome.

I really have had my fair share of challenges these past couple of weeks. Pizza cravings during my cycle, lots of food events, busy nights at home where fast food was the only option. And then of course Easter festivities. I managed them all with flying colors. I know what my limits are and I know what triggers me. I kinda feel like I have the fat Sandi with all her bad eating habits and "don't care" attitude finally safely locked in a closet at the end of the hall. And I am not even going to peek in the closet (aka try to tell myself I can have 2 slices of pizza) because I am afraid she's not dead, will knock me down and escape. Nope, I am not even going near that door, in fact, I am not going down that hallway. EVER!

I want to try to increase my weight loss some. Don't get me wrong, as long as I am losing, I am happy, but I can't help but think that I could be doing better. When I look at my stats, I see low fiber, low protein and not enough fluids. So the plan is 25 or more grams of fiber. 25% or more of protein and 66 oz (at least) of water/green tea per day). Let's see what those tweaks do!

WOO HOO Sandi!! You're doing awesome! Sounds like the tweaks are great ideas. I think the biggest thing is knowing you can get through holidays and special events on plan. The fact is these events never stop coming, especially with summer around the corner!
