WEEK 9 RESULTS!!! I lost 1.2 this week. I have my usual things to say about that. It was lower on Saturday...I stayed perfectly on plan all week. I would get frustrated, BUT...if you look back on the last 6 weeks, there is a pattern, lose 4, then lose 1. It's happened 6 weeks in a row. So I guess that is just how my body works. It works out to be 10 lbs a month, so I won't complain a bit. I'll take my 1.2 and be thrilled to be that much closer to 50 lbs gone!

I had a good week, managed to keep my fiber, protein and water higher. I will do much of the same this week. I was sick all last week, so I didn't exercise at all. I hope to turn that around this week.

Last weeks numbers looked like this...
4/25: 1,752 (24 g fiber, 97.8 g protein)
4/26: 1,654 (24.7 g fiber, 101.8 g protein)
4/27: 1,616 (8.7 g fiber, 78.2 g protein) Ooops!
4/28: 1,684 (26.9 g fiber, 89.1 g protein)
4/29: 1,588 (34.1 g fiber, 89.1 g protein)
4/30: 1,592 (27 g fiber, 108.4 g protein)
5/1: 1,622 (22.8 g fiber, 94.9 g protein)

You are doing so awesome Sandi! Seriously. I am trying my darndest to get back in my groove after gaining nearly 20 pounds this winter, and I clicked on your blog through 3FC and I am so pumped at how well you are doing.

Is the fiber/protein thing some program, or just your own program? It sounds interesting.
