Slacker! That what I have been when It comes to exercise. A total slacker. I had a load of excuses, really good ones. But at the end of the day, it's like everything else, if I really wanted to, I would find a way. So I am going to make another commitment. I will exercise every day for the rest of the month. That's 28 days. Whether I make it into the gym and lift weights, hit the treadmill, attend water aerobics or just take a walk, I will exercise every day. I really feel like exercise is an important part of this journey and it's time I got off my arse!
Edited to add: Took a mile & half walk with the dog today!
