I thought that for this week, I would post my food and activity. The scale is slowly moving in the right direction.
Mon - 11/7 -1705 cals - Weights & 40 min cardio
Tues - 11/8 - 1653 cals
Wed - 11/9 - 1603 cals (almost no wheat) - 60 min cardio
Thurs - 11/10 - 1824 cals (no wheat) - weights & 20 min cardio - after 2 weeks of taking it easy on me and breaking me in, my trainer finally gave me a real workout. Was so beat I could hardly do any cardio after. Bring it!
Fri - 11/11 - 1772 cals (no wheat) - skipped the gym and did 2 hours of yard work. Doing it again on Sunday at my mom's!
Sat - 11/12 - 1841 Cals (no wheat) - weights & 20 min cardio (repeat of that killer workout!)
Sun - 11/13 - 1782 Cals (no wheat) - 2 hours yardwork & 1 mile walk with the dog.
