So this week, I can't really give you a weight update. But I can tell you that things are going well. I have been wearing my bodybugg every day and trying to be as active as I can. I have really cleaned up my diet as far as what I am eating. And for those of you who know me...I am even eating vegetables!! Over the weekend I ate spinach (which I eat almost every day now), asparagus, sweet potatoes (my newest favorite) and a vegetable melody that has broccoli, carrots and green beans and red, white and kidney beans! It taste more like beans even though the ratio is more vegetables.

I passed up peach cobbler cake yesterday and will pass up loads of crap when I take Jake to Marti Gras at church tonight. I will go home when it's done and have fish and sweet potatoes! I have even given up my nightly skinny cow ice cream cone for now.

I feel good, dare I say a little lighter? I hate not stepping on the scale each morning, but it's sorta fun not knowing. I just focus on the work and wait patiently!

Edited to add...

Tonight I am giving myself a gold star. Marti Gras at the church tonight was a complete food fest. They served pizza, hot dogs and potato chips along with every home-made dessert you can think of. Cupcakes, cake, peanut butter bars and cookies galore. I had water, nothing but water. Came home and had fish and a sweet potato. I deserve a gold star, and I am giving myself one!! :)

I'm so glad you got over the veggie hurdle! You can eat so much more food now :)

I think you deserve more than one gold stars considering all you're doing. Keep it up!

I remember having George hide the scale when I was doing what you're doing now. It wasn't until I got a flat tire and the tow truck driver was getting the spare tire out of the truck of the car that I discovered where he'd hidden it.

I am actually staying off the scale without it being hidden. I am afraid of self sabotage. I just want to step on the scale on 2/28, see that I have zoomed pasted the 100 lb lost mark and then start losing some of that virgin lbs!
