Week 50: I gained 2 lbs

This week I gained 2 lbs. I will start today and that is partly to blame, but the fact that I basically gave up, is the other part. My cycle always bring raging cravings and weight gain, of course. But for some reason this time, it also brought some major moodiness. I was very down and didn't care. Pair that with the cravings and the knowing that I would be up on Monday anyway because of my period, and well...you know. So I made some less than stellar choices on Saturday. Sunday was OK, yesterday sucked. My moodiness seems to have lifted some today, so maybe I can get my mind back in the game. I feel like this 100 lb mark has been so unattainable. I really need to get past it, it is putting a damper on everything! I am going to go into a boot camp sorta mode where I am doing every little thing I can do to have better progress. Extra exercise, cleaner eating, more sleep, more water. My normal 1800 calories is all that matters will be what I go back to, but I think it's time for some extra hard work. I want to race past this 100 lbs lost and get to 125 or 150 lost in no time. I am thinking about getting up a little early and doing some cardio to get my system reved up early. Any good recommendations for 20 mins of killer cardio that I can do at home?

Boy have I been right there! Sometimes my cycle throws me for such a loop! One day leads to another day being off plan and then all the sudden, it's hard to get back to it! Don't let that happen! You are ALMOST AT 100 LBS!! Do you know how impressive that is!!! :) Hey we all have our struggles. Sometimes I think its good to be obsessed with losing weight.. It keeps us so focused.. YOU CAN DO IT!!! I betcha next week will be good... and the next, and the next! I'm rooting for you!!! :) Go Sandi GO! (Is this too much--over the top?! lol)

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is 20 minutes of seriously killer cardio. It fits great into early morning workouts if you're up for a challenge.
