It was freaking awesome!!!

Tonight was my first session with my personal trainer and it was awesome. (and I lived to tell about it!). We didn't do a sit down and get acquainted thing, which I thought was odd, but, oh well. She put me on the treadmill to warm up and she had the little clipboard and pencil, and I said "so your going to write down what we do and we'll do the same thing every week, right" She said, "No, we'll use the same muscles every week, but we'll keep switching up the exercises each week. I just write them down so that when we do repeat something, we know what weight you were able to do the time before." Yes!!! That's exactly the answer I wanted. :D Then I was very honest on telling her that I was not a big fan of the machines and that I preferred free weights. We only did 1 "machine" the whole time. Everything she had me do seemed doable, but by the time we were finished with that muscle group, I was dying. And the time went quick. I like her and I like her method!

Yahhhh!! I found a trainer!!!
