Hello!!! So my results for Week 2 was a 2.6 lb gain. But I am OK with that because thanks to my calorie counting no matter what, after a indulgent Easter dinner, Monday morning was just a normal count everything day. That's real progress for me. I also ate a lot of foods that weren't good for me last week. Even though I counted them and they were within range, bad food does not translate well on the scale.
This week I'd like to keep my calories between 2000 and 2500. Let's see what that does. No holidays to speak of. I have a pizza birthday dinner for Grandma on Saturday, but that's it!
