Week 4 results: I lost 4.4 lbs! That's a total of 19.6 since I made my commitment and 36.6 overall. I am pretty pleased with my first month. I can't tell too much other than my rings. Although I did switch out my big blue ugly coat for a very stylish red one that I now fit into! I think I am going to love shopping in my closet for a while.
Over the weekend I had a pretty cool experience with some of the people from the Biggest Loser Season 11. You can read about it here. It was neat and I had a special conversation with Courtney. But those pictures. Crap! They just remind me how I really have a long way to go!

Sandi.. you are a rock star! Your calories are so consistent.. I would dream of that for 7 days in a row. What are you using to count your calories? I'm not using SparkPeople and really like it.
