Week 24 results: I lost 2.2 lbs this week. That brings my total loss to 80.8. Today also wraps up month 6. I lost 7.4 lbs this month. Same as last month. WOW! 6 months that I have been on plan now. Who would have ever thought that 6 months later I would be down 80.8 lbs and still going strong. Do I wish that I was losing faster, yep. Will I take what I can get, double yep!

Over the past few days I really stepped up the exercise and I am shooting for exercise every day this week. I am walking 2 miles a day. It's taking me about 45 mins. I have a 2.5 mile course all mapped out, so we'll see when I tackle that!!

Steve has an hunky cousin named Jared (Sorry Jared, but you are just so dang cute!) that just got cross-fit certified so he knows his stuff when it comes to fitness. I reached out to him to see what he thought I could do to step up my weight loss. He responded with an amazing list of suggestions and I appreciate his time so much!! He mentioned calorie cycling, which is something I haven't tried, so I am going to try that this week. Sorta. Instead of having high and low days, I am going to leave my high days at 1800 and throw in a couple 1600 days and a 1500 day. That will net me 800 less calories this week and maybe the change-up will help. My goal for month 7 is to lose MORE than 7.4 lbs!!!
