Week 26 Results: I lost .4 lbs!
That's fine. I honestly knew it wouldn't be a great loss. Saturday night things didn't work out as planned, and I will admit that I went over my calories. I have no idea by how much. It was all munchie food, which is never low in calories. I accept that I will never be perfect all the time. Saturday was Saturday and I woke up on Sunday and was right back on plan.
I had a busy week and was only able to exercise 5 out of 7 days. My goal is 6 out of 7 days. So to try and compensate, I walked twice on Sunday. It was a bit much, but I needed to see 6 exercise sessions.
This week I seem to want to eat all things carb. I think it's PMS. I have also had to really force myself to walk on Monday & Tuesday. But I will stay on plan 100% this week. Cravings be damned.
