WEEK 31 RESULTS: I lost 3.4 lbs!! That brings my total loss to 90.2 lbs.

277.8 is a new low for me. It's the lowest I have been since I went off my water pills. I feel totally back to normal...whew!

I walked a 5K this weekend. I had been walking every day, but of course I had gotten so busy over the past 2 weeks, I didn't walk at all. The 5K seemed long, but I finished!! Marci and Courtney from the biggest loser were there. It was motivating to hear them talk. I asked about keeping it off. Exercise. Yea, I should have figured that. Now that I feel like I have my life back, I am going to put some more effort into me and make this whole exercise thing part of my lifestyle. I WILL find a way!! :)
