WEEK 35 RESULTS: I lost 3.6 lbs!!

Whew! Nice to be back after that gain last week. I really seem to be on a up and down cycle and I don't like it very much. I was doing much better when I just stuck to my plan every day. Exactly when did that stop? Well I know that the holidays are here and if I don't get my shit together I will be gaining all this weight back in a hurry! As of today I have recommitted myself to being on plan 100% every single day NO MATTER WHAT!! I need this commitment to get me through the holidays.

On the exercise front, I met with my trainer last Wednesday and he set up a workout routine for me. I told him that I would like to meet with him once a week and then mimic that workout 2 more times during the week. That was Wednesday and I did the workout again on Saturday and today, so I should be all set when we meet again on Wednesday. I even did the elliptical for 20 mins today after my weights today. I knew that I enjoyed working out and that I just needed to get back in the habit. I have him free for 4 sessions, and I am going to see about getting him for another 4-8 weeks after that. I think I need him through the holidays. After all, it's only money!

BTW - I did not have ANY Halloween candy and don't plan to!

Awesome! Yup, the next couple of months are always tough. Having a plan helps and also picking yourself up immediately after a slip. At least that's been the way I roll. :-)
