Yesterday was a success - 2050 calories and 45 minutes of water aerobics. 1 down - a lifetime to go!
I've really been thinking about how long this has been dragging on. I looked in my weight loss folder on my computer at home and the files and plans are endless. And I didn't follow through with any of them. 15 years ago, I weighed 215 when I got married. 130 lbs in 15 years. wow. 15 years of dieting and all I have to show for it is a 130 lb gain. If I don't do something, I don't see that trend changing.
I got up and exercised this morning. I know I won't have time tonight, so I did it this morning. Normally I get up at 5:00 am - so to exercise, I got up at 4:15 am. That's pretty darn early!! Guess if I am going to do that I need to start gong to bed earlier. I am pretty much dragging butt today. I did a Richard Simmons Video and it wore me out. This is not who I want to be!
