Yesterday was a good day: 1570 calories and no exercise.
Calories weren't low on purpose, it just kind of worked out that way. Fine by me.
I got up early and worked out this morning. I know I will get some exercise walking around with Jacob for Trick or Treat, but that will be a lot of walking / standing / walking / standing and I didn't think that should count for exercise. I did my favorite Reebok Step Video. I really like Gin Miller. It's the only video that doesn't get on my nerves. I like her so well, that I asked for her other step Reebok videos for Christmas (Reebok is no longer producing them - too dated). I was pleased that at my weight I was still able to do the step. I did it slower and not as fancy, but I did it. :) And then after I get skinny and buff I can try the more advanced step videos!!
Tonight is Trick or Treat. I have already said that I plan to have no candy. After trick or treat, we have family over for Chili. That's cool, 1 cup of my homemade chili is 240 calories. I can 2 cups easy. The thing that I will need to focus on is skipping the corn muffins. Just not worth the calories.

I didn't QUITE make it candy free for Halloween....:( oh well....
The step video looks good! I've been considering getting a step, or having my partner make me one in his shop. I might be better off getting one that adjusts or something....
