Day 4

Anther good day yesterday...2080 calories and 45 minutes of water aerobics.

If I am going to continue to get up early to exercise, I really must change my evening routine as well. I really only need to get up and exercise at 4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Monday and Wednesdays I do water aerobics at night, Friday is going to be my off day. So it's not such a big deal, as long as I go to bed early the night before. (Did I just say that getting up at 4:15 am to exercise is not a big deal? Talk about a change in mindset!)

I am looking forward to an on plan weekend. Nothing much is going on, so there should be plenty of time for exercise and meal planning. My mom and I might take a trip to Trader Joe's, so that'll be fun. I hear so much about it on 3FC, but there isn't one close.
