So it's Thursday of week 2 and I am still doing awesome!! I have had soooo many temptations this week and I have passed on all of them!!! Some of the time I even had calories for them, but I know that if I eat the junk, it will make me want more junk, so I am staying away completely. This is too important!!
Tuesday Calories: 1,305
Wednesday Calories: 1,219
I know the calories seem a little low, but it's just the way it worked out. I didn't go hungry, and I am not going to eat, just to meet the calories because they are there to eat! Today should be more around 1500.
I haven't been exercising at all. I know I need to. Not just for the weight loss, but for overall health. The food thing is under control without too much effort right now, so I need to make a plan to move. Nothing crazy, just starting off walking.

Great job, Sandi! What kinds of meals have you behn eating to keep your calories so low? I would love some suggestions. It seems like you have turned a corner with your weight loss, and I'm happy for you.
