I am still going which is pretty good for me considering my track record lately.
Calories: 1777(Goal: 1800)
Fiber: 19.9 g (Goal: 25 g)
Fat: 45 % (Goal: 30 %)
Protein: 93.1 g (Goal: 100 g)
WOW! That fat was way higher than I'd like. But the calories are where they should be, so I am calling it a win.
I am off today and should be running around getting stuff done, but I feel more like climbing into bed. *yawn*
Today seems to be on track for success!!
