So week 1 ended with a loss of 4.4 lbs!! :) :) Somewhere I kinda wish it was more, but I'll take it!
Today was a seriously busy day at work, in fact, so busy that I hardly ate the food I brought. My calories were low today, so I had big plans for ice cream or popcorn! After all I have the calories...right? I thought better of it and I am up here on the computer and then it's off to bed.
Tomorrow is Steve's birthday and I managed a double layer cake with no tastes or licks!! Dinner will be out but it's planned and counted. Thursday is pizza at my brother's (niece's birthday) and I told him not to count me for pizza, I would bring my own dinner. Friday is Bunko and Sunday is a B-day party at my BIL's. So I have a million landmines this week. But I have a plan, so I should be good.
