So why is it that I don't post when I am struggling. Like hiding makes it better. I haven't done poorly this whole time, just the typical on and off that I partake in. Today is on. I have packed my lunch and I am ready to go. I actually can't wait to eat my lunch. I made chicken salad with grapes and I am eating it in lettuce wraps. I guess maybe that is the key. Find healthy food that you love. How often is it that you can't wait to eat and you are on plan? Not very for me.

Steve won't be home tonight, so I might make Jake and I some Fish. I am thinking Orange Roughy, but it has been so many years since I have cooked Fish, (Steve's allergic) that I am going to have to look up how to cook it. How crazy is that!

Agreed...it is so important to find healthy foods that you enjoy! Hopefully the fish turned out yummy. I don't eat fish...wish I liked it, but I don't.

I am looking forward to my breakfast tomorrow. I'm hooked on blueberry protein pancakes.
