YES!

Yesterday I had a good day despite going to the fair! I had a plan and I brought a peanut butter sandwich (1 slice of bread), a bag of pretzels and an apple. I ate my pb sandwich and had a chicken gyro (basically just grilled chicken and a pita) and that's it! No junk at all! I am so excited! Because of that I know today will be on plan. Moderation isn't really an option for me right now...it's just best to stay away completely!

Calories: 1804 (Goal: 1800)
Fiber: 19.2 g (Goal: 25 g)
Fat: 32 % (Goal: 30 %)
Protein: 91.9 g (Goal: 100 g)

When I don't have a sandwich for lunch, my fiber ends up being on the low side. I assume I need more of those vegetable things!

Have you tried lo-so veg juice? It's not ideal, but it makes up for days when you just don't have time to prep veggies.

I know you enjoy spinach, anything else?
