Hello!!

I am still chugging along with no problems, sticking to my calories every day. Yesterday I took my mom into Chicago for a Dr. appt and right next to the hospital is a Gino's East. Mmmmm, pizza. Good Chicago pizza. When we got done with her appt, it was 12:30 - LUNCH TIME!!! It took everything I had not to say "GINO'S!!" When she asked what I wanted to do for lunch. Instead we waited until we got back to Indiana and I had a grilled chicken sandwich with NO fries!!!

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, however, we will see what I am really made of. Today is hubby's birthday, so tomorrow we are taking him to House of Kobe for dinner. I will skip the fried rice and have the white instead and the chicken and just keep my portion small and eat slim the rest of the day. But later that night I am going to a in-house party with snacks. I will drink only water there. Saturday, we are having a 60th Birthday party for my mom-in-law. It starts at 3:00, so I really just might eat at home before, have nothing at the party and eat when I get home. It would ensure that I stay on plan and that's #1 on my list. Sunday we are having steaks at my brothers house to celebrate my nieces b-day (yes, all 3 are in the same week). I think I'll bring chicken for him to grill for me and my food scale. I don't care what my family thinks!!! So I can't wait for Monday right now, so all these tough food choices will be behind me!! Think how great it will be on Monday when I report that I was perfectly on plan!!!
