Well, the results for week 3 were 1.8 lbs lost. This irritates me because on Saturday morning it was 3 lbs lost. I gained 1.2 over the weekend. I don't drink even 1/2 the water on the weekends that I do during the week, so I may be retaining water. And my fat % was high both days, so that may be the culprit. I will not stand for sub-par results. The goal this week. All 7 days will have a fat % of 30% or less and I will make a point of drinking tons of water over the weekend. Moving on....

Congratulations on the losses for the week! I can totally relate to your frustration about the 3 pounds it might have been...
The scale giveth...
But any loss is good and you'll get there. You're on you way and I love to read your blog. I can use the inpsiration myself.
