Morning all!! So my results for week 7 were a loss of .4. This low loss is no mystery. It's a result of higher calories on Thursday and Friday (everything counted and measured) and Pizza on Saturday and no counting on Sunday at all. We had a big party at our house on Sunday and although Saturday's dinner was planned, we simply ran out of time & energy to cook, so I caved. And it was all me, no pressure from hubby. And since Saturday was a failure, I figured, "why bother" on Sunday. I really didn't do that bad on Sunday, but it wasn't tracked which is not acceptable. It's funny how that "why bother" mentality just creeps right back in. So I will take my loss and move on.

Today is the start of week 8. I don't think Month 2 will be as impressive as I had hoped, but that's life! My rings are practically falling off today, so that's a really good sign! And I am happily 100% back on program. I even passed on everything at Au ban pain this morning that I love and haven't had forever.

No worries! You experienced life and how it can get crazy. What you need to focus on is that you survived, you STILL had a loss (you are going in the right direction), and you are back on the horse today.
