Happy Thanksgiving!
I love the Holidays, but this year, I wish they came without all the food temptations! Thanksgiving is just the start of many events that will tempt me. My plan is to take them one at a time and plan, plan, plan.
Today the plan is a healthy breakfast (I had whole wheat toast w/ sugar free jam, a banana and a glass of skim milk) and then 1 reasonable plate at my mom's and 1 dessert. NO snacking and no seconds. And the only leftovers I want is Turkey. Then a smallish dinner if necessary. And then tomorrow it's back to normal.
I haven't gotten any exercise this week at all, but my food has been 100% on plan.
I'll be back tomorrow to tell you how awesome I did today!
