Yesterday was a good day. 1471 calories, 18% fat. My limit is 1800 calories, but I would like to end up around 1500 as often as possible. I didn't get in any exercise last night. When I told Steve that I didn't find the time, he said, "ya, it's hard". But that's the thing, it is hard and either you are going make time to do it or you are going to make excuses. Honestly, I could have gone to the gym last night at 7:30 and watched biggest loser as I did the treadmill. But I didn't. I know that exercise or not I will lose weight counting calories. But I want more than to lose weight. I want to be fit. That will only come with exercise.

Watched Biggest Loser Last night. Too bad Rebecca had to go home, but she looks awesome now. Did you know that her and Daniel are together? Yep...saw it on facebook!
