Yesterday was another good day. 1531 Calories and 21% fat. That's what I like to see!!! Today should be completely on plan. Not sure I see a window for any movement, but I'll let it go for today since I see movement planned for Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!

Yesterday was crazy busy, after work I picked up Jake and then took him to Basketball practice. I knew when we got home at 6:45, we'd eat dinner, clean up, be generally busy. I knew I had laundry to do and a workout wasn't going to happen. So as I sat at practice, I thought, well, I guess I could do laps around the school. So I did 2 laps in the hall around the gym. Took maybe 5 mins, but I was huffing and puffing, so I went back in the gym, recovered and then did 2 more laps, recovered and then did it again. So even though I didn't think I had any time, I got in a workout anyway!

I tend to be a daydreamer. When I am not on plan, I daydream that the weight will come off like magic. Sometimes it washed away in the shower, sometimes I get to unzip my fat suit and just step out. The last few days I have been daydreaming about what it will be like to be thin. To go to the pool, just because Jake wants to and not be embarrassed. To take him to Great America and fit on the rides. To go to Jake's baseball games and climb to the top of the bleachers. To look so different people won't recognize me. It's nice to be working towards a goal and know that every day I am doing all I can to reach that goal. I love this honeymoon period, when it really doesn't seem hard. I wonder how long this can last. I always quit way before it's over, so I really don't know.

338 was my lowest this year. Back in Feb/Mar when I was wearing my bodybugg. I can't wait to speed right by that number!
