Yesterday was a good start. I counted calories the WHOLE day for the 1st time in a long time. I ended up at 1660 with 30% fat. I took Bailey for a short walk and then did some exercises with my bands. Mostly upper body.
Food is packed for today and won't be an issue. Exercise will happen, just not sure what. A lot depends on what is going on when I get home. But I will move tonight. I want this weight off NOW!!! 200 lbs isn't going to just melt off in a matter of days, but I can do this faster if I move.
That skinny guy in the chair (blue shirt) used to be heavy and look how thin he is!!
Justin - thanks for the encouragement. This is the first time in a long time that Steve is really on board with me. He talks about it a lot, but usually doesn't do it.

I think that the tag button is the most evil thing in the world. There are so many photos that I untag as fast as I possibly can.
My dad was my inspiration for losing weight. Living in the same house as him, seeing him doing it... how could I not? To this day, there is a picture on my fridge of his "before & after".
You can do it lady, I know you can! :-)
You know what I see in that picture Sandi??? I see my FRIEND, and her beautiful smile! My friend who is always there for me, and radiates love.
You and I have traveled this stop and start road together for a long time now. I know exactly how you feel!
