That's a great video Sandi, thanks for sharing. It's very inspiring to see what a huge difference a year can make in your life. It doesn't have to be Biggest Loser dramatic, it's one foot in front of the other, just keep going, just do it. When I watch this video he makes it look easy but I have to know that he had all the slips and slides that we all have, he just rose about it and stayed motivated. Jen 3FC
