TGIF!!!

Wow, what a busy week. I can't believe the last time I posted was Monday! Were you worried that I was off-plan? Nope, not me, just busy, busy, busy!

It been a good week:
Monday: 1570 cals & 45 min water aerobics
Tuesday: 1855 cals
Wednesday: 1895 cals & 45 min water aerobics
Thursday: 1645 cals

Things are moving right along. I have been looking at the plans of people who have been really successful at losing weight and their calories are WAY lower than mine. I think if I want the success I am looking for, I am going to try to keep my calories lower. An average of 1600ish cals per week would be better than an average of 1800ish. Notice I am being very general. I am trying not to be too strict. I am keeping in mind that whatever I do, I have to do it for life.

HOLLY (my SIL) HAD HER BABIES!!!!

Alexander Geoffrey was born @ 2:16 PM and weighed 5 lbs. 13 oz


Addison Christine was born @ 2:36 PM and weighed 5 lbs. 14 oz


Holly is doing great and so are the babies. Alex is having a small breathing problem, but is overall good. Yahhhh!! Babies!!

Not too much planned for the weekend. There are lots of leaves to rake. I have a pedicure appt and Jacob has a Basketball game. I also plan to put a bunch of my Christmas Boyds on e-Bay this weekend. I hope I haven't waited too long.

the babies are adorable! Congrats to you and your family!

I am so glad you had such an awesome week-- (Me, not so much--While I didn't train wreck, I sure as heck wasn't as strict as normal).

Good for you... I am so happy. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to hear how you did after weigh in.

Love seeing you so enthused and having great results (10lbs. already, woo hoo).

This is great - its like all's well with the world again.

Sounds like you had a great week! I wouldn't worry about going down on the calories too much yet. Leave yourself some wiggle room and see what the scale trend is. Congrats on sticking to your plan! Your exercise is fantastic!!

How cute the twins are!

Hey - I know I am leaving comments way late, hope you still read them!

If you lost nearly 6 lbs a week eating an average of 1800 calories a day, why would you lower it?? You sound incredibly successful.

You might have to lower calories as you get closer to your goal weight, it would be much better to go from 1800 to 1600 when you need to, rather than 1600 to 1400.

Eating is pleasurable, being hungry is miserable. Eat as much as you can and still lose weight, that will keep you satisfied, happy and on plan!!!
