With an average of 1818 calories and a total of 205 mins of exercise I lost 5.4 lbs last week!! That gives me a total weight loss of 10 lbs. Not bad for my 1st 2 weeks!
I did well over the weekend, controlled myself on Friday and stayed out of the candy over the weekend. I am starting to believe that I can do this, that it's within my reach. I am trying very hard to look ahead and anticipate where I might have a slip up and then take action to prevent it. I am feeling very confident, but I know my black & white brain and it usually only takes 1 slip up to slide down that slippery slope. I am hoping that because I am allowing myself 2000 calories of whatever I want that I can prevent slip-ups.
I am trying to steadily increase my exercise. I did 170 mins week 1 and 205 mins this week. I'd like to get to at least 300-360 mins a week.
