I had every reason not to...

go to swimming last night. My Doctor appt ran late, so I was very rushed...it was cold and snowing...I knew my mom didn't really want to go. In the end I made myself go and I was glad. I know that less calories is important, but I also need to sweat some of this off!!! This week should be good because I teach a lot and that alone will burn more calories. As a matter of fact, for the next 3 weeks I am teaching a TON!

I ended up doing pretty good yesterday, I think I was somewhere in the 1600 calorie range. Meg, I know you are right, but at 2000, I think I am giving myself too many privileges.

Getting ready for work today, I realized that just getting ready is exhausting. I am tired even before I get out the door. Just reason 1001 that I need to get this weight off. I don't know what having energy means.

I need this quote again today...

“You’ll never achieve extraordinary results by taking average measures.” Skwigg (copied from Zelma on 3FC)

I desperately wish we could bottle that feeling we get after exercising and take a whiff when we need motivation to get up and move!
