Well, I did good last week...until about Thursday night and then I did poorly the rest of the week. My poor choices for the rest of the week undid the good the 1st part of the week did. :( Today's weight 340.6. That makes me down .4 for the week. Woopty do! I want to be mad and disappointed, but that serves no purpose.
I am back in the game today. I realized that in focusing on eating the "good stuff" I wasn't sticking to my calories strictly enough. So the new plan is 1800 calories, NO MATTER WHAT and then trying to make healthier choices. But the calories are #1! Even though my limit is 1800, I am trying to consider that really my high end. I'd like to see them more around 1400-1600 on average.
It's so stupid because I know I can do this, I know how to do it, I just need to do it!
My quote for the day is...
“You’ll never achieve extraordinary results by taking average measures.” Skwigg (copied from Zelma on 3FC)

(((Sandi))) I hear ya babe, loud and clear. I'm with Jill, time for some girl power!!
Sandi - if you're having trouble sticking to your calories, maybe don't limit them quite so much. I think you could lose quite nicely at 2000 or even 2200 calories right now. If over-restriction leads to off-plan eating, much better to raise your calories and stay ON plan. You can save 1400 - 1600 for a few pounds down the road.
You can do it!!
