This week is shaping up very nicely. I have gone to YMCA every day and today is day 3 with the food UNDER CONTROL!!! I have set my limit between 1500 and 1800. Although I like to see it more around 1500, I have a higher end for days that are harder.
I am on chapter 7 of my book and loving it!

You're doing just great Sandi! For me, once I get three good days under my belt eating wise it gets easier. I think it gives me a sense of control.
