Week 1 of my new plan went really well. I counted every morsel that went in my mouth. My calories averaged 2,770 and I lost 7.6 lbs! :)
I feel very much in control. I was always trying to "stay on plan". I would resist things, I wouldn't resist things. It was all very much a roller coaster. This way, I just count. Some things I have, some things I don't, but bottom line, every day is the same, I count!

Congratulations on your loss Sandi! That's really great. It sounds like you've found something that will work for you (counting) and that's what matters!
